The Desk, midnight oak is an elegant desk to use within a design scheme. The Oak wood is finished in our exclusive midnight colour, which is a warm and calming neutral. The bronze effect black handles are designed to complement the oak and provide a discreet detail.

Other design details are the graceful curves to the wooden base. The Astor Desk features 2 drawers, gentle curves to the base and legs, also a well proportioned top. This desk has been designed to seamlessly suit both contemporary, traditional, and classic interiors.

The Astor Desk, midnight oak provides enough space to work comfortably and in some style! The clearance to the underside is 60cm.

The 2 drawers also offer some storage space for all that pesky ‘desky stuff’!!

It is a great idea to combine the Astor Desk with other items in the collection, perhaps the bedside tables, cabinets or consoles. Some are available with the luxurious shagreen drawer and door fronts.

We endeavour where we can to create stylish and environmentally friendly collections. Using reclaimed oak to create veneers allows us to incorporate this into our designs. The Renmin, Astor, Avalon and Arden collections all benefit from this technique. The results ensure no two items are identical and the wood will display varying patterns, both open and closed in the grain. Other inflections may also be apparent and are entirely consistent with the contemporary weathered appearance.

We can also supply this desk with silver plated drop handles as shown in the images. These are hand cast solid brass and then plated. There is an upcharge of £6 ex vat per handles if required.
