Marais Bronze Tables – Designer Tables

The Marais Bronze Tables are beautiful crescent-shaped tables, loosely based on an original French design from the 1930s. Hand-cast in bronze with inset marble tops, these tables are perfect for contemporary interiors.

These tables can be supplied individually at two heights, and when nested together, they create an added impact.

Bronze – Bold and Timeless Appeal

Ecco Trading Design London has created a signature look with our exclusive bronze designs. Our bronze collections offer a mix of masculine glamour and organic simplicity that exudes gracefulness. Bronze, with its bold and timeless appeal, has a strength that is perceptible visually and to the touch.

The amazing Bronze Tables are not a pale imitation from inferior metals but are created using the lost wax casting technique, a process used for millennia and still used by craftsmen today. Firstly, the design is modelled in wax before being wrapped in clay and dried. Once ready, the wax is heated, allowing it to pour out, leaving a cavity in the clay. The cavity is then filled with molten bronze, and after the mould is broken, the bronze casting is revealed. The final article is created through a process of sanding, chasing, and finishing, resulting in true heirlooms with a gentle patina that develops over time.
